Estate Liquidation

In general, 80-90% of items advertised for liquidation will sell. Remaining items may be

donated to local charity organizations of your choice with receipts for tax purposes.

Otherwise, local removal services can be contracted to dispose of any items required by

the client. We will provide information during the consultation.

Flexibility in duration of the estate sale

Rocket City Estate Sales will work with our clients to determine the date(s) for the estate

sale and the hours/days required. Each client has different requirements and we

understand the need for flexibility.

Estate Sale Staging and Display

Rocket City Estate Sales works hard to maximize sales and to get the best value for our

clients. We photograph every item, setup, organize, condense, stage, appraise, and

display items with price tags and signage. We keep a price list to maintain accuracy

and transparency for our clients. We want you to have an exceptional experience with

Estate Sale Professional Signage

Rocket City Estate Sales provides bright, eye-catching signs with directional information

and precautions to guide customers to the sale. We advertise the estate sale and

promote the sale with photos and videos on our website

(rocketcityestatesale.com) as well as at estatesales.net and in Google search.
